Meanwhile I am making almond butter. And the almond butter is ready. All I have here is a pinch of salt and almonds. Time for lunch, so I made these healthy nachos with thin slices of potato. So I made two batches of potato chips, one sprinkled with potato starch and the other without Just sprinkle it with some oil and season it with salt. This is very simple. And now I'm going to cook ground beef, this is both grass-fed and also lean. Mmm Anyway, I got distracted there. So I'll have this protein jelly in all my snacks Usually, I don't have snacks all day just because of my digestive issues. I don't usually have snacks So I only have three meals a day, however Today, I will be treating myself with some protein gel And yes, this is very high in proteins Like every serving you get mostly Low-carb protein and real fats come from almond milk and also powder only. Oi- -Sh! This is like a piglet, oh so cute, I don't want to eat it but you know what I can make again It is very satisfying because it is healthy, delicious, It is free from guilt. It makes me happy. OK. Wait, I just included beef nachos under the recipe and section Yes, the macro contains 42 grams of protein That's very good – 45 grams of carbs and 20 grams of fat.

I think that's a good thing That's about 500 calories. OK. Hope you find it useful.
